G Russ Smith led four Cardinal players in double figures with 19 points, and Louisville used 20 turnovers and 17 offensive rebounds to pick up extra possessions that led to 34-of-71 shooting for the game.
No. 7/9 Cincinnati, which sits in first place in the standings, looks to cushion its lead Wednesday as the Bearcats visit UCF (7 p.m. ET, ESPNU). It will be just the third meeting between the schools as Cincinnati looks to improve to 3-0 all-time against the Knights.
