- Sophomore A.J. Davis recorded his first career double-double with career highs of 21 points and 15 rebounds, as UCF (5-3) topped Florida Atlantic 75-61 at CFE Arena. Adonys Henriquez finished with 13 points and five rebounds, while Shaheed Davis added 12 points and grabbed seven boards for the Knights. UCF outscored the Owls 40-26 in the paint, and had a 44-31 advantage on the boards. UCF tallied eight blocks in the game, with six by freshman Tacko Fall, who also chipped in eight points and six rebounds. The Knights tallied their fourth-straight win for the first time since 2013, when they recorded five consecutive victories.
- RV/RV UConn (6-3) defeated Ohio State 75-55 at Gampel Pavilion. Senior Omar Calhoun led five UConn players in double figures with 14 points on 5-for-5 shooting, including four 3-pointers. Rodney Purvis added 13 points for the Huskies, while Jalen Adams, Shonn Miller and Amida Brimah each had 11 points. Miller also grabbed a game-high nine rebounds. Guards Purvis and Sterling Gibbs each tallied five assists. UConn finished the game shooting 60.4 percent from the floor and held the Buckeyes to just 35.7 percent, and 21 points below their season scoring average. The Huskies had a 34-26 edge in rebounds.
- Memphis (6-2) cruised to an 89-57 win against Manhattan at FedExForum. Freshman Dedric Lawson led all scorers with 21 points and pulled down a game-high eight rebounds. Markell Crawford finished with a career-high 16 points on 6-of-8 shooting. Seniors Trahson Burrell and Shaq Goodwin each added 13 points and eight rebounds in the win. The Tigers outscored Manhattan 50-12 in the paint, and had a 39-27 advantage in rebounds. The Tigers scored 53 points in the second half, compared to the Jaspers' 19.
- No. 23/22 Cincinnati (8-2) fell to No. 12/13 Xavier, 65-55 at Fifth Third Arena. Senior Octavius Ellis led the Bearcats with 14 points, followed by Shaq Thomas and Farad Cobb with 11 each. Troy Caupain also finished in double figures, adding 10 points. Cincinnati's Gary Clark had a game-high seven rebounds. The Bearcats held Trevon Bluiett, Xavier’s leading scorer at 15.9 points per game, to three points on 1-of-8 shooting.
