- UCF (4-3) notched its third consecutive victory with a 67-63 win against Massachusetts at CFE Arena. Four players scored in double figures for the Knights, with sophomore A.J. Davis leading the team with 14 points. Senior Shaheed Davis and sophomore Adonys Henriquez each tallied 11 points, while senior Daiquan Walker chipped in 10. UCF outrebounded the Minutemen, 44-32.
- Senior Jordan Tolbert led No. 19/NR SMU (7-0) with 23 points in the Mustangs' 82-58 win over Michigan at Moody Coliseum. Tolbert added nine rebounds. Nic Moore and Keith Frazier recorded 15 points each, while Ben Moore and Sterling Brown each grabbed 10 rebounds. The undefeated Mustangs are off to their best start since winning their first 10 games in 1997-98.
- Tulsa (6-3) defeated Iona, 90-81 at the Donald W. Reynolds Center. Senior Shaquille Harrison scored 24 and James Woodard added 21 points, as the Hurricane shot 52-percent from the field and 50-percent from 3-point range. Tulsa led 28-16 in points in the paint, 21-14 in points off turnovers and 29-19 in bench points.
- RV/RV UConn (5-3) made its second appearance in the Jimmy V Classic on Tuesday, facing off with No. 6/9 Maryland at Madison Square Garden. Sophomore Daniel Hamilton had a season-high 23 points for the Huskies, who fell to the Terrapins, 76-66. UConn's Sterling Gibbs and Shonn Miller each scored 12 points, while Rodney Purvis chipped in 11.
- Damyean Dotson led Houston (5-1) with 19 points and 12 rebounds in Tuesday’s 67-57 loss at Rhode Island. The Rams led 53-41 when Rob Gray Jr. scored 11 straight points and Houston closed to 57-52 with 2:50 remaining. Gray finished with 14 points for the Cougars.
