2015 Football Schedule Updates

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the start times and television networks for a number of intraconference and nonconference football games for the 2015 season.

The 2015 season will be The American’s first in its new 12-team, two-division format, which will be capped by the first American Athletic Conference Football Championship. Further details on the Football Championship will be announced later in the week in conjunction with the conference’s spring meetings.

The American Athletic Conference has enjoyed tremendous success since its inaugural season in 2013. The conference produced two 12-win teams in 2013, including UCF, which won the Fiesta Bowl, and saw UCF, Cincinnati and Memphis tie for the conference title in 2014. Six of the 12 American Athletic Conference teams in 2015 – UCF, Cincinnati, East Carolina, Houston, Memphis and Navy – played in the 2014 postseason, while Memphis finished the season ranked No. 25 in the final national polls.
