American Athletic Conference Announces Digital Network Schedule For Women's Basketball

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference announced on Monday the times for the more than two dozen women’s basketball conference matchups that will be available on The American Digital Network. The ADN will produce and distribute 25 women’s basketball games during the 2015-16 season which will air live, free of charge, on www.TheAmerican.org/DN.


The American Digital Network begins coverage on the opening night of conference play, Dec. 30, with Tulane hosting Houston at 8 p.m. EST. The network's slate includes a pair of rematches from the quarterfinal round of the 2015 American Conference Championship.  On Jan. 20 USF will travel to Memphis for an 8 p.m. EST tipoff, and on Feb. 20 Tulane will host Tulsa at 2:00 EST. Also, USF and Tulane, who ultimately met in the semifinal round of the 2015 conference tournament, will play live on the American Digital Network on Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. EST, at the USF Sun Dome.

Throughout the conference schedule, The American Digital Network will make stops at nine campuses, closing out the regular season on Feb. 29 in Philadelphia as Temple hosts UCF at 7 p.m. EST.

In addition to live game coverage, a weekly halftime show with highlights, features and interviews with coaches and players from around the league will be produced and aired from the conference studio in Providence, R.I. Games on the ADN will be available on all mobile, table and desktop devices as well as on the conference’s official Roku app.

The 25 games available on The American Digital Network are in addition to the games telecast by the American Athletic Conference’s partners at ESPN networks and the CBS Sports Network. Over 60 of the league’s 99 games are scheduled for live coverage in the 2015-16 season.
