Tulane's Jernard Jarreau

Not only has Jernard Jarreau had a chance to play an extra year of basketball but he's come back home. The New Orleans native made his way to Tulane after graduating from Washington in June. After missing the 2013-14 season with a torn ACL he bounced back to start all 21 games for the Huskies in his final season. Adding Jarreau to the team is putting in a missing piece to the puzzle according to Coach Conroy. "He is one of those pieces, if we are adding size and length to our line up if we need to compete. He brings a lot of experience and can lend a hand in the leadership standpoint".

Playing at Tulane is more than just basketball for Jarreau, who is glad to be back home. "Basketball wise it felt like the best opportunity. It is very exciting I couldn’t be more happy to be back home."
