- SMU clinched an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament by winning the American Athletic Conference title with a 3-1 win over UConn. The Mustangs had four players with double-digit kills led by Katie Hegarty’s 13. Lauren Mills (11 kills, 11 digs) and Kendall Patterson (43 assists, 13 digs) each had double-doubles for SMU. Kayla Williams (11 kills, 14 digs) and Rebecca Rivera (22 assists, 12 digs) each posted double-doubles for the Huskies.
- Dakota Hampton (15 kills, 20 assists), T’ara Austin (11 kills, 15 digs) and Alex Mendoza (53 assists, 14 digs) all posted double-doubles in USF’s five set win over Tulane. Sarah Ray (17 kills, 10 digs) and Tea Juric (16 kills, 29 digs) led the way for the Green Wave in the loss.
- UCF swept Houston behind a double-double from Jale Hervey with 17 kills and 12 digs. Kia Bright finished with 13 digs for the Knights. Megan Duncan led the Cougars with 14 kills and Katie Karbo had 11 digs for the defense.
- Temple knocked off Tulsa 3-1 as Izzy Rapacz (13 kills, 16 digs) and Kyra Coundourides (49 assists, 17 digs) posted double-doubles for the Owls. Erica Bohannon led the Tulsa offense with 16 kills and Rebecca Reeve had 15 kills to pace the defense.
- Jordan Thompson led Cincinnati with 27 kills and 12 digs for a double-double as the Bearcats beat Memphis 3-1. Thompson also earned her 1,000th kill in the match becoming the fastest to ever reach 1,000 kills in American Athletic Conference history. Carly Nolan (11 kills, 15 digs) and Jade Tingelhoff (43 assists, 13 digs) also posted double-doubles for Cincinnati. Catlin Lilly (12 kills, 17 digs) finished with a double-double for Memphis and Mady Ruhlman added 21 digs for the Tigers.
