UConn's Rachel Hill and Stephanie Ribiero and USF's Evelyne Viens were named to the 2016 Top Drawer Soccer Women’s DI Best XI teams. Ribeiro was named to the Postseason Best XI second team while Hill was named to the third team. Viens was named to the Freshman Best XI second team.
Ribeiro was named the unanimous Offensive Player of the Year in The American. She finished the season as the nations leader in total goals (21), total points (56) and game-winning goals (11).
Hill was named The American's Co-Midfielder of the Year. She started every match for UConn and capped off her senior season with 16 goals, 38 points and six game-winning goals.
Viens was named the Rookie of the Year in The American. Viens paced the Bulls' offense with 16 goals and 36 points during her rookie campaign. She highlighted her regular-season with a hat-trick against Jacksonville on Sept. 8.
