12 Plays of Christmas: Comeback Owls

Editor's Note: Heading into the Holiday Season and the end of 2016 we thought it would be nice to look back at some of the best plays from the past year. We scoured through lots of video footage and came up with our "12 Plays of Christmas". Every day we will reveal a new play that we consider to be one of our best from the year. The list will end on Christmas Day.

Day Six- Comeback Owls

Temple received a Christmas miracle in October when Phillip Walker and the Owls orchestrated a four-play, 70-yard game-winning drive to clinch a comeback win against UCF.

Walker marched the Temple offense down the field in the final 32 seconds and found teammate Keith Kirkwood in the back of the end zone for the winning score. The win helped Temple clinch the East Division and eventually an American Athletic Conference Championship.

The Owls look to carry their momentum into their matchup with Wake Forest in the Military Bowl on Tuesday, December 27, at 3:30 p.m. ET.
