No. 19/19 Cincinnati and No. 24/22 Xavier will meet this evening in a sold-out Fifth Third Arena for their annual in Skyline Chili Crosstown Shootout. Forward Gary Clark and the Bearcats are looking to regain bragging rights in this longtime rivalry as the Musketeers have claimed the last three meetings.
Clark has averaged 9.8 points and pulled down 6.9 rebounds per game so far this season. Although the junior is not the team’s leading scorer he has been the most accurate from the field, connecting on 57.5-percent of his shot attempts – third best in The American this year.
