PROVIDENCE, R.I. – SMU senior Lindsey McCurdy was named the American Women's Golf Player of the Week for the second consecutive week, the league announced on Wednesday.
McCurdy recorded her sixth Top 10 finish of the season after carding a 2-over 218 (71-73-74) at the LSU Tiger Golf Classic on March 24-26. The senior tied for eighth in a field that included three Top 25 opponents and led SMU to a seventh-place tie in team standings. McCurdy now has 15 rounds of par or better in 25 rounds this season.
