- Tulane used a five-run seventh inning to erase a 6-4 deficit and beat LSU for the fourth straight time. It is the first time the Green Wave have won four straight against the Tigers since 1975-77. Grant Witherspoon led Tulane going 2-for-4 driving in three runs and scoring three. Christian Colletti picked up his sixth save of the season throwing the last 1.2 innings only allowing one hit.

- Memphis scored a late win over Arkansas State as Tyler Webb drove in Jason Santana in the top of the ninth to give the Tigers the 2-1 lead. Colton Hathcock picked up his 11th save of the season allowing just one hit in the ninth inning. Carlos Williams drove in the other Memphis run.
