Softball Takes on Week 12

Around the League:
The 2017 softball season will head into its 12th week with all seven American teams in action.

Conference play will continue this weekend with  UConn traveling to UCF, Tulsa visiting East Carolina, and Memphis hosting Houston.

Due to rain on Tuesday, the UConn softball team’s midweek road contest at UMass was cancelled with no makeup date scheduled.

Emily Watson scattered three hits and struck out 11 over seven scoreless innings to record her ninth shutout of the season and fuel Tulsa to a 3-0 win and season sweep of RV/RV Oklahoma State last Wednesday evening at Collins Softball Complex.
