USF Completes Sweep; UCF and Cincinnati Earn Series Wins

- USF scored five runs in the first inning on route to finishing the sweep against East Carolina. Peter Strzelecki earned the win throwing 8.1 innings, allowing one earned run on three hits and striking out ten. Tyler Dietrich and Coco Montes each had two RBIs for the Bulls and Dwanya Williams-Sutton had a home run and two RBIs to lead the Pirates offense.

- UConn scored four runs in the top of the eighth to break a 3-3 tie as the Huskies took game three from Houston 7-4. Conor Moriarty led the UConn offense going 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs. Joe Davis finished 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs for the Cougars.

- Cincinnati scored a run in the eighth and one in the ninth to beat Memphis 2-1 and win the series against the Tigers. Luke Turino and Kyle Mottice drove in runs for the Bearcats. Memphis's Jonathan Bowlan had a no-hitter through seven innings but finished with a no decision. Chris Carrier's solo home run was the only run for the Tigers.

- UCF scored five runs in the third inning to take control in an 11-1 win over Tulane on Sunday. Luke Hamblin led the Knights going 3-for-5 with three RBIs and Joseph Sheridan picked up the win going seven innings, allowing one run on four hits. Grant Brown's solo home run drove in the only Green Wave run on the afternoon.
