PROVIDENCE, R.I. – All 10 American Athletic Conference teams return to the pitch to round out non-conference play of the 2017 regular season.
 
UCF 15/- has topped two Pac-12 opponents and an ACC foe in the first five contests of the season, and enters this weekend on a four-match win streak. The Knights return to action next Thursday, traveling to Cincinnati for its league opener. The match will be aired on the ADN.
 
Cincinnati RV/19 looks to extend their program-best start Thursday as they travel to Baton Rouge, La., to face fellow undefeated LSU RV/- (6-0-0) in a 7 p.m. ET match. The match will be the final non-conference tilt of the regular season for the Bearcats.
 
Freshman Kess Elmore scored three goals as UConn picked up a win and a tie last weekend. The Huskies return to action for a pair of home games at Morrone Stadium as they take on Long Beach State Thursday at 7 p.m. ET and Colorado College Sunday at Noon ET.
 
ECU returns home this week and will begin a four-match home stand on Thursday, Sept. 14 when the Pirates welcome UNC Wilmington to Johnson Soccer Stadium. Kick-off versus the Seahawks is set for 7 p.m. ET.
 
Undefeated at home (3-0-1) to start the season, Houston will hit the road for the remainder of September beginning with a two-match road trip next week to New Mexico where the Coogs will face New Mexico and New Mexico State.
 
Memphis RV/23 begins a two-match road trip out west, beginning with Idaho on Sept. 15 and followed by Gonzaga on Sept. 17.
 
USF’s matches against Mississippi State and Florida 7/9 were cancelled last week due to potential risks of Hurricane Irma. The Bulls are scheduled to resume non-conference play Friday against Howard in Washington, D.C.
 
SMU RV/- returns to the pitch Thursday, hosting TCU at 8 p.m. ET, before closing out its four-match homestand Sunday against Baylor 9:30 p.m. ET.
 
After a week off, Temple travels to Maryland for its last non-conference match against Towson Friday night.
 
Tulsa will return to action on Friday, Sept. 15 against crosstown rival Oral Roberts in the Spectrum Cup. Game time is set for 8 p.m. ET at the Case Soccer Stadium on the ORU campus. Head coach Kyle Cussen is one win away from reaching his 200th career win.
