Temple has scored 16 points in each of its first two games … That total wasn’t enough in an opening loss at Notre Dame, but it gave Owls coach Geoff Collins his first career head coaching victory with a 16-13 win against Villanova last Saturday … After allowing 28 first-half points against Notre Dame, Temple held Villanova scoreless in the first 30 minutes … The Owls limited Villanova to 20 rushing yards, but allowed 382 passing yards to the Wildcats … QB Logan Marchi has been solid in the first two starts of his career … Marchi has completed 39 of 69 passes for 519 yards and two touchdowns without an interception …  The Owls have struggled on the ground, averaging 2.6 yards per carry, but have four receivers who have averaged at least 50 yards in the first two games … LB Delvon Randall leads the defense with 19 tackles.
