Clark earns his third player of the week – and second straight – accolade of the season after helping No. 9 Cincinnati extend its winning streak to 12 games, matching the fifth—longest streak in conference history. On the week, Clark averaged 17.5 points and 9.5 rebounds, posting his eighth double-double of the year with 17 points and 10 rebounds in the Bearcats’ win over Temple. In the victory, Clark became the fifth player in Cincinnati history with 1,000 points and 1,000 boards in his career.

For the second time this season, White, Jr. collects rookie of the week honors. White, Jr., posted his second double-double of the season, helping lead Houston to a 63-40 win over USF with 16 points and a game-high 11 rebounds. The freshman went 7-of-10 from the floor, the second time in four games he has recorded at least seven field goals.

Senior forward Maria Jespersen poured in a game-high 24 points as the Bulls bounced back with a 76-60 victory over Temple on Sunday. She added in six rebounds, two assists and two blocks all while shooting 8-of-11 (72.7 percent) from the field on the contest, including 2-for-3 from beyond the arc. Jespersen sits second on the USF roster with 17.3 points per game and leads the Bulls on the boards with 9.1 rebounds per outing.

Freshman Megan Walker put forth a pair of double-figure performances in a 2-0 week for the Huskies, helping No. 1 UConn remain undefeated on the season. She averaged 11.5 points on 46.7 percent shooting and 3.5 rebounds, beginning with a 10-point, six-rebound outing at Memphis on Wednesday. Walker culminated her week with 13 points on 4-of-6 shooting on Saturday against Tulane. For the week, she was a perfect 3-for-3 from 3-point range and 6-of-7 from the foul line.
