American Digital Network to Provide Comprehensive Coverage of American Football Championship

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Digital Network will have three live shows as part of its comprehensive coverage surrounding the 2018 American Athletic Conference Football Championship on Saturday, Dec. 1, in Orlando, Florida.

ADN will be live on Friday, Nov. 30 with a 30-minute show previewing the championship game between the Memphis Tigers and the No. 8 UCF Knights, along with coverage of Friday’s press conferences with the head coaches Mike Norvell and Josh Heupel.

Saturday’s live coverage from the field at Spectrum Stadium will begin at 2:30 p.m. ET, leading up to kickoff and will set the scene for the championship contest in what will be a rematch of the Conference’s 2017 title game. The pregame show will feature interviews with head coaches and players from both squads, special guests and an appearance on the set by American Commissioner Mike Aresco, among other guests.

The American’s Hali Oughton will be joined by Brian Bailey, sports director and anchor for WNCT-TV in Greenville, North Carolina, where he has covered college football and other sports for the station since 1984.

All three shows will be available on Facebook (Facebook.com/AmericanDigitalNetworkPlus) and Twitter (twitter.com/American_Conf), with highlights shared via The American’s football twitter account, @AmericanFB. Live streams of the Friday coaches’ press conference, as well as the postgame press conferences Saturday afternoon, will be available on The American’s football twitter account (twitter.com/American_FB).

Following the contest, ADN will air a live postgame show, highlighting exclusive interviews with the winning head coach and the game’s most outstanding player.
