Highlights
Andrew Henrickson's sac fly to left field scored Dwanya Williams-Sutton from third, helping No. 17 ECU to a 2-1 walk-off win over Elon, while USF collected its fifth straight with a 6-1 redemption victory over Jacksonville to highlight The American’s baseball action on Wednesday.

After falling to the Dolphins a week ago, USF’s right-hander Collin Sullivan tossed 5.0 scoreless innings and the Bulls plated five runs in the third inning on the way to victory. First baseman Joe Genrod went 3-for-4 with four RBIs to lead USF’s offense.

Designated hitter Jake Washer batted .500 (2-for-4), as ECU improves to 3-1 on the year in one-run games. The Pirates gave up a run in the opening inning before keeping Elon scoreless through eight frames, scattering just two hits during that span.

Down by one run, No. 19 UCF got a runner on second base in the ninth inning, but the nation’s longest winning streak was snapped, as the Knights dropped a 4-3 decision to Miami (Fla.).

Memphis held a seventh-inning lead but could not hold off a late rally by No. 5 Auburn and lost, 5-4. The Tigers were up 4-1 before Auburn scored three runs in the seventh and one run in the eighth.
