Wichita State 4, UConn 3
Mackenzie Wright and Bailey Lange led Wichita State to a 4-3 victory over UConn to sweep their first conference road series in two years. Wright went 3-for-4 at the plate with two runs scored and a single RBI while Lange went perfect through the first four innings in the circle. The Shockers took a 2-0 lead in the third inning on a pair of UConn miscues, then added single runs in the fifth via Laurie Derrico's RBI single and in the sixth on a Wright RBI single. UConn's Kiwi McDaniel delivered a three-run homer in a pinch-hit situation in the bottom of the sixth, but the comeback attempt fell short for the Huskies.

Memphis 2, USF 1
Memphis came away with a thrilling 2-1 victory over USF Saturday afternoon as Delaney Smith recorded a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh to lift the Tigers to the win. USF took an early lead in the top of the fourth inning with a pair of hits and a sacrifice fly. Memphis answered, however, in the bottom half of the fourth. Ashley Threatt led off the inning with a single up the middle and her pinch runner, Jessie Lamb, came around to score on a sacrifice bunt and infield single by Regan Hadley. The pitching battled continued through the fifth and the sixth until the Tigers struck again in the bottom of the seventh. This time, Hadley led the inning off with a double down the left field line and her pinch runner, Tyler Johnson, scored on a single up the middle by freshman Delaney Smith. Molly Smith hurled a complete game for the Tigers, finishing with five strikeouts and just one walk allowed in the complete game. In addition to Hadley, Kyler Trosclair Klatt finished with two hits. Astin Donovan went 2-for-3 for USF in the loss.

Houston 4, UCF 0
Houston shutout UCF, 4-0, in its American Athletic Conference series finale on Saturday afternoon at Cougar Softball Stadium. In the circle, junior Savannah Heebner scattered seven hits with no walks and five strikeouts to record her seventh shutout of the season and 16th overall of her career. She also finished 2-for-3 at the plate. Heebner was one three Cougars to turn in a multi-hit effort, as sophomores Lindsey Stewart and Arielle James each finished with two hits, respectively. Stewart finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored, while James also recorded a pair of runs scored in a 2-for-4 showing. Sophomore third baseman Sarah Queen finished 1-for-2 with two RBI, as she and senior left fielder Kaylin Crumpton both recorded sacrifice flies. Denali Schappacher and Cassady Brewer recorded two hits each for the Knights.

Tulsa 9, ECU 0
Tulsa scored seven runs in the fourth inning and Emily Watson pitched a one-hitter as the Golden Hurricane captured a 9-0 run-rule win over the ECU Pirates on Saturday afternoon. The only hit that Watson allowed came with the game's opening batter, as ECU's Tyler King singled to left field. Watson went on to strikeout 8 of the remaining 16 batters she faced. The big inning for the Hurricane came in the fourth, when three of Tulsa's first four batters walked, loading the bases for Tori Stafford, who singled in the first two runs. After a pitching change, Haley Meinen knocked in a run with a single, a Shannon Hughes walk brought in one run, while in her second at-bat of the inning, Mikayla Whitten put a single down the right field line scoring Sarah Briers and Meinen. Hughes scored on a Julia Hollingsworth's fielder's choice to cap Tulsa's scoring in the inning.
