Memphis 2, USF 1

A brace from Claire Abrey gave Memphis its second conference win in the state of Florida this weekend with a 2-1 win at USF. Memphis improved to 10-1-0 (2-0-0 American) and won its eighth-consecutive win, while USF fell to 6-3-0 (1-1-0).

Abrey scored in the 31st minute to give the Tigers the lead, but Evelyne Viens scored her ninth of the season right after the break to tie the game in the 48th minute. Abrey scored again in the 51st minute for the game winner. Mya Jones provided both assists for Abrey's goals.



Cincinnati 1, UConn 0 (OT)

Sydney Goins scored a golden goal in the 94th minute to earn Cincinnati a 1-0 overtime win at UConn. The Bearcats improved to 2-0-0 in conference play (4-5-2 overall), while UConn fell to 4-5-1 (0-2-0 American).

Randi Palacios recorded 10 saves for the Huskies, while Madison Less made three for a shutout for Cincinnati. The Bearcats led in shots, 20-11, and corners, 4-2.

UCF 3, Tulsa 0

A last-minute first-half goal and a pair of marks in the second half led UCF to a 3-0 win over Tulsa in Orlando. UCF improved to 6-2-2 (1-1-0 American) on the season while the Golden Hurricane fell to 6-6-0 (0-2-0). 

Asia Ervin opened the scoring in the final minute of the first half, while Zandy Soree (53rd minute) and Talia Gabarra (78th minute) tallied goals in the second half. Caroline DeLisle recorded three saves in the shutout for UCF.

Temple 1, East Carolina 0 (OT)

Temple won its first conference match of the season with a 1-0 win over ECU on a goal by Gabriela Johnson in the 96th minute. Johnson scored her third of the season off an assist from Julia Dolan.

The Owls (3-5-3, 1-1-0 American) led in corners, 5-2, but the Pirates (4-6-1, 1-1-0) had a slim lead in shots, 13-12. Morgan Basielo made six saves for the Owls in a shutout, while Melanie Stiles recorded five saves for ECU.
