Highlights
 
-Tulane kicked off the spring semester with a pair of victories, taking down West Florida 181-119 and Hendrix College 245-30 in a tri-dual meet in Pensacola, Florida. Olivia Johnson took home the 1650 freestyle (16:53.30) and the 200 breaststroke (2:20.62) as a double winner, while Jordan Morling contributed wins in the 200 backstroke (2:03.80) and the 200 IM (2:07.35). Lilly Byrne (200 freestyle, 1:54.44), Courtney Barker (100 backstroke, :57.52), Mya Drost-Parra (200 butterfly, 2:06.38), Kate Amar (500 freestyle, 5:07.18) and Kate McDonald (100 butterfly, :58.33) added winning efforts for the Green Wave.
 
-Cincinnati opened the spring semester with a sweep of Oakland and Kenyon College on Saturday in the Cincinnati Invite. The Bearcat men scored 833 points to outpoint Oakland (566) and Kenyon (510), while the Cincinnati women claimed 784 points to down Oakland (749) and Kenyon (391). Dominic Polling was a double winner individually for Cincinnati, claiming the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:02.91 and the 200 IM in 1:50.93. Michael Balcerak added a first-place time in the 200 freestyle (1:39.64) along with Blake Hanna in the 200 backstroke (1:47.09), while Din Selmanovic won the 1000 freestyle with a time of 9:26.81 and Parker Saladin the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:49.84 for Cincinnati. On the women’s side, Rocky Laabs swam to victory in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 10:22.40. Maddie Exton chipped in a victory in the 200 freestyle by touching the wall in 1:53.14.
 
-East Carolina dropped a hard-fought dual decision against SEC foe South Carolina on Senior Day in Greenville, North Carolina on Saturday. The Pirate men were edged out 156-144 while the ECU women fell to the Gamecocks 180-113. Marek Osina racked up three first-place finishes on the day for ECU, racing to victory in the 200 freestyle (1:40.83), the 200 backstroke (1:48.20) and the 200 IM (1:50.63), and Lyubomir Epitropov added wins in the 100 (:55.60) and 200 (2:00.89) breaststroke events. Adam Mahler chipped in a 200 butterfly triumph with a time of 1:48.18 for the Pirate men. On the women’s side, Adela Vavrinova powered ECU with wins in the 100 freestyle (:51.59) and the 200 IM (2:02.96) as a double winner. Kristen Stege turned in a win in the 500 freestyle (4:55.17) for the Pirates.
 
-SMU fell in a pair of challenging duals last week, which included a 176-115 setback to No. 19 Texas A&M on Thursday and 161-101 against Rice on Saturday. Felicia Anderson secured an event win against Texas A&M in the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:00.74, and added a 100 backstroke time of :55.03. Anderson swept the backstroke events against Rice with victories in the 100 (:55.90) and 200 (2:00.16) heats for SMU, and Olivia Grossklaus picked up wins in the 200 butterfly (2:00.80) and the 500 freestyle (4:57.86). Erin Trahan turned in the top performance in the 100 butterfly (:55.24) and Gabi Grobler in the 200 IM (2:03.90) in victories for the Mustangs.
