ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Darin Green Jr. posted 18 points as UCF narrowly beat Tulane 53-49 on Friday night.
Darius Perry had 14 points and six rebounds for UCF (6-10, 4-9 American Athletic Conference). C.J. Walker added four blocks. Isaiah Adams had eight rebounds.
Tulane totaled 19 second-half points, a season low for the team.
Jaylen Forbes had 14 points and eight rebounds for the Green Wave (8-8, 3-8). Jordan Walker added 14 points.
Cincinnati 71, Temple 69 - Box Score
CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Jeremiah Davenport and Mika Adams-Woods each scored 12 points to lead a balanced Cincinnati attack in the Bearcats' 71-69 win over Temple on Friday night.
Cincinnati (6-7, 4-4 American Athletic Conference) had seven players with seven or more points and never trailed in the second half, only allowing the Owls (4-8, 3-8) to get within one at three different points.
Brendan Barry led all scorers with 17 for Temple, while Jeremiah Williams added 16 points.
