IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly men’s and women’s tennis honors for the week-ending February 15.

Stewart led the Green Wave to road victories against Florida State (4-0) and Miami (Fla.) (6-1) last week, going 2-0 at No. 1 singles and splitting a pair of matches at No. 1 doubles. He registered a three-set singles win against Florida State and a straight-set victory against the No. 34-ranked player nationally against Miami. He also delivered the doubles point against the Hurricanes with a 6-4 victory at No. 1. Stewart, who is No. 40 in the preseason Oracle/ITA rankings, has a 5-2 singles record and is 7-1 in doubles this season, playing exclusively at the No. 1 positions.
