IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s men’s golf player of the week award, for the week ending Tuesday, April 6.

Travale led the UCF lineup to a sixth-place tie in a field featuring eight top-40 teams at the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational on April 3-4 at Forest Hills Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Travale shared sixth place individually with scores of 69-69-71=209 (-7) to best 14 opponents ranked in the latest GolfStat Top 100. He was one of seven players with multiple rounds in the 60s and one of just six golfers under par in all three rounds on the par-72, 7,053-yard layout. Travale dropped just five shots throughout the entire weekend, cancelling out the five bogeys with 12 birdies.
