The regional round of the 2021 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships is set to begin on Wednesday at a pair of campus sites. The NCAA East Regional will be held at Hodges Stadium on the campus of the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. The NCAA West Regional will be contested inside of E.B. Cushing Stadium at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

The East Regional at North Florida begins on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. (ET) with flights in the hammer throw and javelin. The East Regional meet will feature student-athletes from UCF (eight individuals plus relays), Cincinnati (15 plus relays), East Carolina (six), Memphis (15), South Florida (12 plus relays), Temple (4) and Tulane (4).

The West Region takes place at Texas A&M opens at 2:30 p.m. (ET) with the hammer throw and javelin Student-athletes from Houston (36 individuals plus relays), SMU (seven plus relays), Tulsa (9) and Wichita State (17) will compete in the meet.

Qualifiers from the regionals will advance to the national portion of the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, on June 9-12.
