TULSA, Okla. -- (AP) — Nick Jourdain had a career-high 24 points as Temple edged past Tulsa 69-64 on Wednesday night.

Damian Dunn had 17 points for Temple (10-6, 3-2 American Athletic Conference). Jahlil White added 11 points and 10 rebounds. Zach Hicks had 11 points.

Jeriah Horne had 15 points for the Golden Hurricane (6-8, 0-3). Rey Idowu added 14 points. LaDavius Draine had 12 points.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- (AP) — Darin Green Jr. had 20 points as UCF topped Memphis 74-64 on Wednesday night.

C.J. Walker had 12 points and seven rebounds for UCF (10-4, 2-2 American Athletic Conference). Darius Johnson added 12 points. Darius Perry had 11 points.

Tyler Harris had 15 points for the Tigers (9-6, 3-2). Emoni Bates added 12 points and seven rebounds. Landers Nolley II had 11 points and six assists.

CINCINNATI -- (AP) — Jeremiah Davenport matched his season high with 22 points as Cincinnati beat East Carolina 79-71 on Wednesday night.

John Newman III scored 10 points, Viktor Lakhin grabbed seven rebounds and Abdul Ado blocked three shots for Cincinnati (12-5, 2-2 American Athletic Conference).

The Bearcats scored a season-high 49 points in the first half.

Vance Jackson scored a career-high 35 points and had nine rebounds for the Pirates (10-5, 1-2). Tristen Newton added 11 points.

SMU 77, South Florida 65 - Box Score
DALLAS -- (AP) — Marcus Weathers, Kendric Davis and Zhuric Phelps scored 17 points apiece and SMU turned back South Florida 77-65 in American Athletic Conference action on Wednesday night.

Michael Weathers pitched in with 10 points for the Mustangs (12-4, 3-1), who have won 10 straight at home.

Jamir Chaplin had 17 points to lead the Bulls (5-10, 0-3), who have lost four straight. Russel Tchewa added 14 points and Caleb Murphy scored 12.

WICHITA, Kan. -- (AP) — Kevin Cross scored 10 points and his layup with 1:56 was the final basket of the game and Tulane beat Wichita State 68-67 on Wednesday night.

The Shockers missed their last two shots attempting to take the lead and committed a turnover.

Jaylen Forbes led Tulane (7-7, 4-1 American Athletic Conference) with 20 points, Jalen Cook scored 18 and DeVon Baker 10.

Tyson Etienne had 20 points, Craig Porter Jr. scored 18 and grabbed nine rebounds and Ricky Council IV scored 12 and pulled 15 rebounds for the Shockers (9-6, 0-3).
