IRVING, Texas – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of its weekly women’s lacrosse honors for the week-ending April 24.
 
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE ATTACK PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Danielle Pavinelli • So. • Florida • Northport, N.Y.
Pavinelli scored five goals and added two assists to lead all scorers in Florida’s 19-7 win against Temple, clinching the a share of the Gators’ third consecutive American Athletic Conference regular-season title. Pavinelli had a hat trick in the first quarter to help stake the Gators to a 5-1 lead after 15 minutes. She leads The American with 5.0 points per game (53g, 22a, 75p).
 
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE MIDFIELDER OF THE WEEK
Ellie Bromley • Jr. • East Carolina • Cary, N.C.
Bromley led all American Athletic Conference players with a career-high six goals last week to go with three ground balls and a draw control, helping the Pirates to a 15-9 win at Cincinnati. Bromley had three goals as part of East Carolina’s 6-0 run that turned an early 4-0 deficit into a 6-4 lead that the Pirates would not relinquish.
 
AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sarah Reznick • G • So. • Florida • Long Beach, N.Y.
Reznick made six saves, picked up two ground balls and allowed only seven goals in 52:31 of game action to help Florida to a 19-7 win against Temple to clinch a share of The American’s regular-season title. She made three stops in the first quarter, allowing the Gators to build a 5-1 lead. Reznick remains atop the American’s leaderboard in save percentage (.475) and goals-against average (9.71).

Emma LoPinto • A • Fr. • Florida • Manhasset, N.Y.
LoPinto earns American Freshman of the Week honors for the eighth consecutive week and the ninth time overall after she scored two goals and added three assists in the Gators’19-7 win against Temple to clinch a share of The American’s regular-season title. LoPinto is The American’s second-leading scorer with 46 goals and 27 assists for 73 points in 2022.
