GREENVILLE, N.C. -- East Carolina scored the last seven points in in the final 1:34 to defeat Cincinnati, 75-71, Wednesday night.
Down 71-68, RJ Felton scored a pair of free throws with 1:34 left before making a jumper with 58 seconds left to give the Pirates (13-12, 4-8 American Athletic Conference) the lead for good. Brandon Johnson scored with 16 seconds leff to put ECU up three.
Johnson led five Pirates in double figures with 16 points, while Ezra Ausa recorded 14 points and 14 rebounds.
Landers Nolley II and Jeremiah Davenport each scored 19 points each for Cincinnati (17-10, 8-6).
South Florida 96, Tulsa 69 -

TULSA, Okla. -- Russel Tchewa scored 21 points as South Florida defeated Tulsa, 96-69, Wednesday night.
The Bulls (11-15, 4-9 American Athletic Conference) shot 62.1 percent from the field (36-58) and held the Golden Hurricane (5-20, 1-13) to 40.4 percent (23-57).
Keyshawn Bryant and Selton Miguel both scored 16 points, while Tyler Harris had a double-double with 10 points and 10 assists for South Florida.
Bryant Selebangue recorded a double-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds to lead Tulsa.
