East Carolina, Rice, South Florida and Temple all won home games in American Athletic Conference men's basketball action on Tuesday, November 12. 

Temple's Zion Stanford and Jamal Mashburn Jr. combined for 43 points as Temple defeated Drexel, 69-61, in a Big 5 Classic matchup, while RJ Felton almost had a triple-double with 19 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists as East Carolina beat Mount Olive, 110-73.
