Memphis wrapped up a trip to the nation's capital with a 63-44 loss to NR/RV George Washington (GW) Monday evening at the Charles E. Smith Center.

Ariel Hearn finished with 19 points for the Tigers, including nine points late in the game. Asianna Fuqua-Bey finished with eight points and six rebounds.

Jonquel Jones led all players with a double-double of 15 points and 14 rebounds in 26 minutes of play for GW, who improved to 8-2 with the win. She also added two blocks and four assists in the Colonials' sixth straight win.

The Tigers (5-5) return home to host one more game before the players go home for the semester break. Memphis hosts Mississippi Valley State Friday at 8 p.m. ET at Elma Roane Fieldhouse.
