Highlights

• Cincinnati capped non-league action Wednesday night with an 81-53 home victory against Chicago State at Fifth Third Arena. The Bearcats' nine non-conference wins is the most since recording 10 in the 2011-12 season. Cincinnati had four double-digit scorers for the third-consecutive game and were led by senior guard Bianca Quisenberry’s game-high 16 points.

• Junior Chyanne Butler led Houston with 18 points in Wednesday's 85-70 win over visiting Alcorn State. Butler matched a career-high with 18 points for the third time this season, while Jasmyne Harris had 17 and Kierra Graves set a career-high with 16. On the glass, the Cougars were led by senior Jacqueline Blake who pulled down a career-high 11 rebounds.

• Memphis earned a key victory Wednesday night by defeating RV/NR Vanderbilt 75-59 at Elma Roane Fieldhouse. This was the first Memphis victory against Vanderbilt since February 21, 1987, snapping an eight-game winning-streak by the Commodores against the Tigers. Cheyenne Creighton scored a career-high 26 points for the Tigers and pulled down a career-high 13 rebounds for her fifth-straight double-double.


• NR/RV Tulane collected its fourth straight win with a 77-62 victory over Maine in their final non-conference game of the season on Wednesday. Leslie Vorpahl scored a season-high 24 points and added her 1,000th career point in the process. She also posted her first double-double of the season after dishing out 11 assists. Kolby Morgan led all scorers with a game-high 26 points.
