Tulane falls to 10-6 (1-2 in The American). Three players reached the 20-point mark for Temple, including junior Tanaya Atkinson, whose 21 points included the 1,000th of her career. Junior Alliya Butts tied for team-high honors with 21 points, while senior Feyonda Fitzgerald tallied her fourth-straight double-double with 20 points? and a career-high 13 assists. The Green Wave shot 57.9% (11-of-19) in the fourth quarter, but the Owls made 10-of-16 (62.5%) in the final stanza to stave off any hopes of a Tulane comeback. Green Wave junior Kolby Morgan led all scorers with 23 points, while Leslie Vorpahl finished added 19 in the loss.
