Four players scored in double figures as UCF (1-1) defeated Chattanooga (0-2) 58-57. Aliyah Gregory led with 19 points, while Zakiya Saunders added a season-high 12 points and tallied five steals. Fifi Ndour scored in double figures for the second straight game, finishing with 10 points. The Knights had a season-high 18 steals and forced the Mocs inro 25 turnovers in the game.
Cincinnati 85, Slippery Rock 52
Nikira Goings’ career-best 24 points paced Cincinnati (1-1) in its 85-52 win over Slippery Rock (0-3). Iimar’I Thomas made seven of her 10 attempts to tally 18 points on the night. Ana Owens added 15 points and a game-high five assists.
