Kolby Morgan scored 27 points to help Tulane (2-2) to a 71-69 victory over SEC foe Vanderbilt (0-3). The Green Wave hit seven 3-pointers and outrebounded the Commodores 45-32. Four different players had at least seven rebounds on the game including Tene Thompson with a team-best eight, Morgan with seven, Meredith Schulte with seven and Harlyn Wyatt with seven. Kalia Anderson tied her career high with six assists, while Kayla Manuirirangi was Tulane’s only other double-digit scorer with 11 points.
Houston 74, Milwaukee 59
Houston (1-1) outscored Milwaukee (0-2) 31-10 in the fourth quarter to come from behind and win 74-59 in the consolation round of the Preseason WNIT. Jasmyne Harris led the Cougars with 22 points on 8-of-19 shooting from the field. Dorian Branch produced her second consecutive career night with 18 points, while Serithia Hawkins added 12 points. Julia Blackshell-Fair and harris pulled team-highs with six rebounds each.

Six UConn (2-0) players notched double figure point totals in the 82-47 win versus California (1-1). Crystal Danderfield, Kia Nurse and Napheesa Collier all scored 14 points to lead the Huskies. Katie Lou Samuelson added 12 points to the score before she got hurt in the second quarter and did not return.
22/22USF 98, Arkansas State 55
Six players in double figures led USF (3-0) to a 98-55 win over visiting Arkansas State (1-2). Kitija Laksa led the Bulls with 25 points. Laia Flores dished out a team-best 11 assists. Maria Jespersen scored 19 points and added nine rebounds while Laura Ferreria netted 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds for her second double-double of the year. Shae Leverett finished perfect from the floor to notch her first double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Alba Prieto had a career-best 21 points, while Tamara Henshaw added 10 points and six rebounds.
UCF 65, Gardner-Webb 30
UCF (2-1) defeated Gardner-Webb (2-2) 65-30 Friday night. Aliyah Gregory posted her second straight game with double digits as she finished with a game-high 17 points. The Knights forced the Bulldogs into 20 turnovers, converting them into 17 points. Lawriell Wilson tallied a season-best 10 points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished out three assists.
