American Athletic Conference Announces Swimming and Diving Weekly Honors



PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference announced its swimming and diving weekly honors for the week ending Nov. 19.
 
Female Swimmer of the Week
Ksenia Yuskova * Sr. * Houston
Yuskova produced five NCAA B cut times last week at the Phill Hansel Invitational. The senior earned a first-place finish in the 100 free and 200 free with times of 49.39 and 1:44.88 respectively. Her 200 free time ranks eighth-bes in the NCAA. Yuskova placed first in  the 50 free with a time of 22.86, finishing the meet setting three program records.
 
Male Swimmer of the Week
Bartosz Krzyzaniak * Sr. * SMU
Kryzaniak finished seventh and 17th in two individual races at the Art Adamson invitational. The senior touched the wall seventh in the 100 back with a time of 48:51, qualifying for NCAA B cut and second in The American Athletic Conference. Kryzaniak finished 17th in the 200 back with a conference-leading time of 1:48.02 and also qualifying for NCAA B cuts.
Female Diver of the Week

Micaela Bouter * Sr. * Houston
Bouter earned two first- place scores in the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events this past weekend at the Phill Hansel Invitational. The senior finished with 305.00 points in the 1-meter and 342.15 points in the 3-meter.
 
Male Diver of the Week
Mitch Godar * Sr. * Cincinnati
Godar produced a fourth, fifth and sixth place finish in the 3-meter, 2-meter and 1-meter respectively at the Mizzou Invitational last week. The senior finished with 291.80 points in the 1-meter, a score of 259.10 in the 2-meter and 313.00 points in the 3-meter.
