Led by Jasmyne Harris' career-high 32 points, Houston (5-2) claimed its third straight victory with a 72-67 win over Texas State (4-2) Tuesday. Harris also tallied 11 rebounds for her fourth career double-double. Dorian Branch also finished in double-figures with 15 points, while Octavia Barnes added 11.

 Kia Nurse scored a season-high 27 points, hitting all 8 3-point attempts, to lead UConn (6-0) to a 88-57 victory over Nevada (3-3) Tuesday night. Gabby Williams returned to Nevada's Lawlor Events Center for the first time since winning a state championship in 2012 and added her own season-high feat with 18 points on the night. Azura Stevens recorded a double-double with 17 points and 14 rebounds. with 997 career wins, head coach Geno Auriemma is three wins sbort of becoming the third women's basketball coach to reach 1,000 victory mark.
