PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The American Athletic Conference has announced the winners of the league’s weekly women’s soccer honors for the seventh week of the 2019 season.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Evelyne Viens · Sr. · F · USF
Viens led The American with seven points in two contests last week. She scored two goals and tallied an assist in a 3-0 win over Houston on Thursday and provided the game-winning goal against on Sunday.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sabrina Wagner · Jr. · D · USF
Wagner anchored the Bulls’ defense that allowed two shots on goal in a 3-1 win at Houston on Thursday and two more in a 1-0 at SMU on Sunday. Wagner also scored a goal against the Cougars.
GOALKEEPER OF THE WEEK
Mica MacKay · Sr. · GK · Tulsa
MacKay recorded 12 saves and two clean sheets through two matchups last week. The senior had six saves against Temple in a 1-0 shutout on Thursday and then made six more saves in a 2-0 shutout against UConn on Sunday.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Caroline DeLisle · R-Fr. · GK · UCF
DeLisle recorded five saves in a 2-1 win at SMU on Thursday night before picking up a shutout with three saves in a 3-0 win at Houston on Sunday.

Soree scored a goal in each match last week, picking up the game-winner against SMU on Thursday and one in a 3-0 win at Houston.
