Cincinnati 4, Bowling Green 3 (10) | Cincinnati 4, Bowling Green 3
Cincinnati swept a doubleheader against Bowling Green on Sunday to open up play at Marge Schott Stadium. The Bearcats won both games by scores of 4-3. Wyatt Stapp was a big difference maker, hitting a walk-off single during a pinch-hit at-bat to win the first game in the 10th inning. He then followed that up with a double and a game-tying two-run home run in Game 2. Joey Wiemer, A.J. Bumpass and Dondrae Bremner all had triples in the first game. A.J. Kullman had a quality start, going 7.0 innings with two runs, seven hits, one walk and seven strikeouts. Nathan Kroger went 5.0 innings in the start of Game 2 with one earned run on six hits, two walks and five strikeouts. The final game of the series is set for Monday at 2 p.m. ET.

Memphis 10, Western Kentucky 4
Memphis completed its sweep at Western Kentucky behind a 10-4 victory Sunday afternoon at Nick Denes Field. The three weekend wins mark the first road sweep since 2012 for Memphis and first road sweep in nonconference play since 2004. The Tigers’ offense exploded for 14 hits, matching Friday's season-high. Kyle Ouellette enjoyed a 4-for-5 day at the plate and was a double shy of the cycle. Alec Trela (3-for-4), Ben Brooks (2-for-5) and Hunter Goodman (2-for-6) also posted multi-hit days. Goodman and Cale Hennemann also recorded two RBIs each. On the mound, the Tigers' bullpen collectively turned in a stellar scoreless performance, limiting the Hilltoppers to only two hits in 4.1 innings pitched while striking out four.

Penn State 11, UCF 5
UCF fell short in its late rally against Penn State at John Euliano Park, falling 11-5. The Knights held the lead through six innings of play, but Penn State broke the game open in the seventh to take the series. Matthew Mika went 2-for-4 to lead the Knights, which saw eight different batters record a hit.

No. 14 ECU 10, Marist 5
Turner Brown paced No. 14 ECU's 14-hit attack going 3-for-5 with a pair of triples and scored twice as the Pirates completed their second series sweep over Marist, 10-5, Sunday afternoon. Cam Colmore (1-0) earned the win in relief allowing one run (earned) on three hits with four strikeouts in 3.1 innings. The Pirates broke a four-all tie in the third frame scoring four runs on five hits to take an 8-4 lead and never looked back. Four Pirates tallied multiple in Brown (three), Francisco (two), Lloyd (two) and Packard (two). In all, nine players registered a hit on the afternoon. The trio of Giles, Lloyd and Packard drove in two runs each, while Packard (three), Brown (two) and Giles (two) scored multiple runs.

Liberty 5, USF 4
Despite nine hits, USF dropped Sunday's rubber match to Liberty, 5-4. Eight different Bulls had a hit, led by Junior Austin Bodrato, who matched a season high with two, going 2-for-4. Joe Genord hit his fourth home run of the season in the eighth inning.

Texas State 5, UConn 3
UConn lost its series finale at Texas State, 5-3. UConn got on the board first with two runs in the second inning, but the Bobcats responded with a three-run spurt in the third frame and never relinquished the lead. Offensively, Cole Brodnansky was a bright spot with a multi-hit performance. He recorded his first career hit in the second inning and then hit his first career home run in the seventh to bring the Huskies within a run, 4-3. Pat Winkel went 7-13 in the three-game set. The Huskies are scheduled to play their home opener on Tuesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. ET against the Hartford.

Houston 9, Army 7
Joe Davis hit a two-run walk-off homer in the ninth inning, as the Cougars completed a weekend sweep of Army with a 9-7 win. Davis tied his career-high with four hits in a 4-for-5 showing. The junior finished with three singles, one home run, five RBIs and one run scored. Down 7-3 in the seventh inning, Houston tied the game using a four-run rally, including a three-run RBI double from Davis. Brett Esau pinch hit and drove in a run with a single. Brad Burckel finished 2-for-4, recording his first career triple and accounting for a career-high three runs scored. The walk-off win was Houston’s third of the season. Senior right-handed pitcher Devon Roedahl (3-0) picked up his team-leading third win of the season, each coming out of the bullpen.

UCSB 16, Tulane 6
Tulane got solo home runs from Kody Hoese, Hudson Haskin and Grant Mathews, and a two-run shot from Luke Glancy, but an eight-run haul in the first three innings for the UCSB Gauchos would be too much to overcome as the Tulane Green Wave fell in the series finale 16-6. Four of Tulane's seven hits were home runs, while Frankie Niemann added an RBI single and Brendan Power earned his first collegiate hit. Hoese’s home run was his conference-leading eighth of the season.

No. 10 Texas Tech 15, Wichita State 4
Wichita State fell in Game 3 of its series at No. 10 Texas Tech, 15-4. Outfielder Jacob Katzfey went a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate with a run to lead Wichita State offensively, while freshman David VanVooren compiled his first collegiate double to go along with a RBI. The Shockers had 11 hits but were unable to counter the Red Raiders’ four-run rally in the second inning, followed by a seven-run surge in the fifth.
