Wichita State 7, Creighton 5 | Wichita State 4, Creighton 3
A pair of four-run sixth innings helped propel Wichita State to a doubleheader sweep of Creighton to open its home slate. The Shockers are now on a four-game winning streak.

Gibson provided the go-ahead run for Wichita State on a sacrifice fly to center field, which allowed Wallace to cross home plate.
ECU 4, Utah 4 (Suspended in 6th)
With the game knotted at four-all in the middle of the sixth inning, rain halted the contest at 5:10 p.m. ET with ECU coming to bat. The Pirates jumped out to an early 4-0 lead against Utah scoring a run in the second on Bryant Packard's RBI single that plated Bryson Worrell and three in the third, which came on five-consecutive singles. Utah pulled even at four-all in the contest with a three-run fourth frame and added another run in the sixth just before the game was suspended. The game resumes Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET.
Tulane 5, Dartmouth 1 (5 Innings)
A two-run home run from junior Kody Hoese in the bottom of the fourth inning helped kickstart the offense as Tulane earned a rain-shortened 5-1 win over Dartmouth (5 Innings) at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary. The Green plated three runs in the fifth inning before the game was called off. Starter Kaleb Roper earned his first win of the season, striking out six and allowing just one run on two hits in the contest. The Tigers return to FedExPark for a doubleheader on Saturday, their third twin bill of the season.
