Tulsa had two players on the watch list as seniors Shamari Brooks and Corey Taylor II were both selected. They were joined by juniors Amare Jones of Tulane and Jamale Carothers of Navy as well as sophomores Kenneth Gainwell of Memphis and ReMahn Davis of Temple.

Gainwell was a unanimous all-conference first team selection, the FWAA national freshman of the year and earned second-team All-America honors from Sporting News in 2019. He was a semifinalist for the Doak Walker Awards last season.
