GREENVILLE, N.C. -- — Tristen Newton hit a jump shot with a second remaining to lead East Carolina to a 70-68 win over Coppin State on Saturday.

Brandon Suggs had a career-high 25 points to lead the Pirates (5-2). Newton finished with 16 points, RJ Felton added 10 points and Brandon Johnson grabbed 19 rebounds.

Nendah Tarke scored a season-high 20 points for the Eagles (1-9), whose losing streak stretched to four games. Tyree Corbett added 19 points and seven rebounds, and Jesse Zarzuela had 13 points.

Temple 75, Delaware 74 - Box Score
PHILADELPHIA -- — Khalif Battle hit a 3-pointer with 2:06 left to and Jeremiah Williams and Kai Strickland each hit two free throws in the final 28 seconds to give Temple a 75-74 win over Delaware on Saturday night. Battle followed his key score with a dunk to help secure the win for the Owls.

Battle had 31 points to lead the Owls.

Damian Dunn had 13 points for Temple (3-3). Williams added 11 points.

Kevin Anderson had 26 points for the Fightin' Blue Hens (4-3). Dylan Painter added 21 points. Jameer Nelson Jr. had 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Oklahoma 65, UCF 62 - Box Score
ORLANDO, Fla. -- — Umoja Gibson scored 13 points, Elijah Harkless hit a big jumper in the final minute, and Oklahoma held off UCF 65-62 on Saturday.

Oklahoma led 63-54 after Tanner Groves made one of two free throws with 3:11 remaining in the second half. UCF quickly went on an 8-0 run as Darin Green Jr. hit a 3-pointer, Darius Perry made two free throws and Green made another 3-pointer.

Leading just 63-62 with 52 seconds left, Oklahoma worked the clock and Harkless connected for a 65-62 lead with 20 seconds to go. UCF struggled to find a shot on the ensuing possession and Tony Johnson Jr. missed in the paint with 2 seconds left. Harkless grabbed the rebound and time ran out.

Jordan Goldwire scored 12 points and Ethan Chargois 12 for the Sooners (6-1). Six players combined to score 63 of Oklahoma's 65 points.

Green led the Knights with 17 points, 15 of which came on 5 of 10 3-point shooting. Perry had 16 points and eight assists.

The Sooners made 55% from the field and UCF stayed close by making 11 of 24 3-pointers, shooting 45% overall.

The largest lead of the first half was a brief six-point advantage, 15-9, for the Sooners on the way to a 28-24 halftime edge. The Knights managed to keep it close despite shooting only 35% from the field.

Monmouth 61, Cincinnati 59 - Box Score
CINCINNATI -- — Marcus McClary posted 18 points, Shavar Reynolds Jr. added 14 points and Monmouth held off Cincinnati 61-59 on Saturday.

Walker Miller added 13 points and Nikkei Rutty had eight rebounds for Monmouth (5-1), which won its fifth straight game.

David DeJulius had 13 points for the Bearcats (5-2).
