Memphis fell at home to Murray State in the only American Athletic Conference men's basketball action on Friday, December 10.

MEMPHIS, Tenn.--Murray State shot 48.3 percent from 3-point range and came from behind to defeat Memphis, 74-72, Friday night at FedExFourm. 

Tevin Brown scored 22, including six 3-pointers, while Justice Hill added 20, including five from beyond the arc, to lead the Racers (8-1).

Tyler Harris led the Tigers (5-4) with 15, while Jalen Duren had 14. Memphis led 40-26 at halftime after finishing the first half on a 17-2 run.
