East Carolina 77, Mercer 75 - Box Score
GREENVILLE, N.C. -- In the only American Athletic Conference men's basketball action on Tuesday night, November 8, East Carolina came from behind to defeat Mercer, 77-75, in head coach Michael Schwartz's first game in charge of the Pirates. 

The Pirates were down 16 late in the first half, but stormed back in the second half behind a game-high 24 points from Brandon Johnson and 23 from Javon Small. 

East Carolina was able to pull back by shooting 60.0 percent in the second half (15-25).

It was East Carolina's 10th-biggest comeback win in program history.

Jalyn McCreary led Mercer with 18 points.
