PHILADELPHIA -- (AP) — Nick Jourdain recorded 15 points and 12 rebounds and Zach Hicks had 13 points and Temple beat Tulsa 67-56 on Saturday.
Jeremiah Williams added 13 points and Damian Dunn 11 for Temple (13-7, 6-3 American Athletic Conference).
Rey Idowu scored a career-high 21 points for the Golden Hurricane (7-14, 1-9). Sam Griffin added 11 points. Jeriah Horne had 10 points and seven rebounds.
Temple also beat Tulsa 69-64 on Jan. 12.

DeVon Baker added 12 points and Kevin Cross had 10 points and six assists for Tulane (10-10, 7-4 American Athletic Conference).
Vance Jackson had 27 points and eight rebounds for the Pirates (11-11, 2-8), who now have lost six straight.
Tristen Newton added 12 points, nine rebounds and eight assists. Brandon Johnson had eight rebounds and four blocks.
East Carolina defeated Tulane 88-80 on Jan. 5.

WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — Ricky Council IV and Tyson Etienne scored 20 points apiece as Wichita State rolled past SMU 72-57 on Saturday.
Council came off the bench to make 6 of 9 shots and all seven of his free throws for the Shockers (12-8, 3-5 American Athletic Conference). Etienne sank 4 of 10 from 3-point range.
Marcus Weathers had 14 points for the Mustangs (16-5, 7-2), who scored a season-low 23 points in the first half and trailed by 16. Emmanuel Bandoumel added 12 points as SMU saw a five-game win streak end.

With the win, the Tigers improved to 12-8 and 6-4 in American Athletic Conference play, while the Knights fell to 13-8 (5-6).
Jalen Duren had 14 points and 10 rebounds after missing the last two games. Josh Minott led the Tigers with 16 points off the bench.
Chiekh Mbacke Diong and Darin Green Jr led the Knights with 11 points each.
UCF won the first meeting of the season, 74-64, on Jan. 12 in Orlando.
