East Carolina and Temple picked up victories in American Athletic Conference men's basketball action on Saturday, November 23. RJ Felton and C.J. Walker each had 21 points in the Pirates 72-55 win over UIC, while Jamal Mashburn Jr scored 26 in Temple's 87-80 win over UMass.
