Sophomore guard Vittoria Blasigh led all scorers with 19 points, including the game-winning layup with 1 second remaining, in South Florida's (13-8, 6-2) gritty, 63-60 win against East Carolina (10-10, 2-6) at Williams Arena at Minges Coliseum on Saturday night.
 
Blasigh knocked down a trio of 3-pointers, which marked her third game of the season with three or more 3-pointers. Graduate forward L'or Mputu nearly had a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. Graduate guard Mama Dembele added 11 points and three assists.
 
East Carolina's Khia Miller (16 points) and Jayla Hearp (15 points) combined for 31 of the Pirates 63 points.
