UAB and Tulsa both picked up American Athletic Conference men's basketball wins on Tuesday, January 7. 

Tulsa scored 53 points in the second half to defeat UTSA, 82-77, on the road, while Yaxel Lendeborg was two assists shy of a triple double as UAB defeated Tulane, 81-69.
