IRVING, Texas –The 2025 American Conference Volleyball Championship bracket has been set, with the Rice Owls earning the top overall seed and an outright regular season conference championship.
 
The American Volleyball Championship will feature the top eight teams in a single elimination tournament at The Corral in Tampa, Fla. The first round will be played on Friday, November 21, with the semifinals on Saturday, November 22 and the championship match on Sunday, November 23 at 1 p.m. ET/noon central.
 
All matches will be streamed live on ESPN+. The tournament champion will earn the league’s automatic bid to the 2025 NCAA Division I Volleyball Championship.
 
In first round matchups, No. 8 UTSA (13-14, 6-10 American) will take on top seed Rice (19-8, 15-1 American) to open the tournament at 11 a.m. ET/10 a.m. CT.  No. 5 Wichita State (18-10, 10-6 American) against No. 4 North Texas (21-8, 11-5 American) will follow at 1:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. CT.  Host South Florida (15-11, 12-4 American) will take on No. 7 Charlotte (17-11, 8-8 American) in the third match at 5 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CT, while No. 6 seed Florida Atlantic (19-10, 10-6 American) will face off against No. 3 Tulsa (22-6, 12-4 American) to cap off the first round at 7:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. CT.
