IRVING, Texas – The field is set for the 2025 American Conference Men’s Soccer Championship. The Charlotte 49ers clinched the top overall seed and a share of the American Conference Regular Season Championship, along with No. 2 seed Florida Atlantic.
The tournament features a single-elimination formation with the first round on Friday, Nov. 7. Charlotte (8-4-3, 5-1-2 American) will host the semifinals on Nov. 12 and the final on Nov. 15. All games will be streamed live on ESPN+. The tournament champion will earn the league’s automatic bid to the 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Championship.
In the first-round matchups, No. 3 seed South Florida (9-2-5, 5-2-1 American) will host No. 6 seed Tulsa (4-8-4, 3-3-2 American), while No. 4 seed FIU (6-8-2, 4-4 American) will host No. 5 seed Missouri State (6-5-4, 3-3-2 American). Second-seeded Florida Atlantic (10-3-2, 5-1-2 American) earned a first-round bye alongside No. 1 seed Charlotte.
This marks the first time that Charlotte will host the conference tournament, and the 49ers will look to win their third straight tournament championship.
